Management earns a Gold Star!

My hat is off to Melanie Martin in the management office for her recent persistence staying on top of troublesome tenants. This evening tenants received a notice under their doors informing residents that there were incidents in the building the last few evenings and a promise to follow through with eviction proceedings. Bravo! This is a tremendous step in the right direction. Tenants have a right to k now when such things happen and I'm sure we all appreciate receiving these notices. It sure beats learning of such things second hand.

She's also thrown down the gauntlet against the "frat house" behavior that includes people running down the hallways, making loud noise in the hallways, leaving trash in the hallways (do people do that?), and dog owners letting their pets use the hallways as toilets.

This is definitely a step in the right direction. If the responsible tenants in the building know that the management is on their side I'm sure the quality of life in this building will improve for all.
