How do you watch who comes and goes from the building when you rarely look up from what your doing at the front desk?
Who am I talking about?

    Word! We always make an effort to yell "Hi" really loud just to make him look up.

    Once again witnessed people who don't live in the building blow by the happy fellow at the front desk without a word spoken. How do I know? They came in on my key.
