Hello? 2010? Are you there?
I would love to see an online rent payment option that didn't cost tenants an extra fee to utilize. I'm sure this is a very doable option for Graystar, the management company which owns and operates the Jefferson, the Axiom and 909 New Jersey, among many other buildings throughout east coast. They certainly have the resources and enough tenants to make this convenience possible. How about it?

you can pay your rent online thru the resident portal.
ReplyDeleteThat's great to here. It used to be that there was a $40-45 fee to pay online. that turned me off and I never checked into it again. I watched the demo and it didn't mention anything about a fee. If that's the case, then I think this is a great service. Only one thing...how can management spread the word of these great services. Notices posted within the building would be a good start. I'm happy to post this type of news on the blog too.
