This is what our neighbors at the Onyx are saying

Doesn't anyone around here know how to run an apartment building?

  1. Just stumbled across the site, you're spot-on here.

Couple of things that we've observed from our apartment on the 10th floor...

As owners of a small dog, I've noticed that not only are there many, many dogs that are larger than the lease states, A LOT of them aren't spayed. This could turn into a HUGE problem down the line. Please be a responsible dog owner and spay/neuter your furry friend.

Also, we dropped off our recycling the other day, and what the hell do some of our neighbors think they're doing, just dropping off their trees by the recycling dumpster? What do you think Raymond and his staff are going to do with it? You brought it into the building, you get rid of it. There are plenty of recycling locations in the area. Totally disrespectful to the staff.

  2. The dumpster in the loading dock area is often a mess. It is a prime area for the attraction of rodents. DC has long had a rodent problem in every quadrant of the city and in every quadrant there are those who thoughtlessly add to the problem because they are too lazy to dispose of their garbage properly, regardless of the type.
This is what happens when you rent to the childish, regardless of age.
    Thank you for your comment!
