Hello? 2010? Are you there?

I would love to see an online rent payment option that didn't cost tenants an extra fee to utilize. I'm sure this is a very doable option for Graystar, the management company which owns and operates the Jefferson, the Axiom and 909 New Jersey, among many other buildings throughout east coast. They certainly have the resources and enough tenants to make this convenience possible. How about it?
