Anyone else annoyed the elevators keep being out of service? Perhaps it's because all the elevator licenses are 4 months expired. Way to go management!
A resident stopped by letting me know that you had requested a date. I have gone ahead and reserved the pub from 7pm - 9pm on Wednesday, November 3rd. Please let me know if you would like the hours extended past 9pm.
I am sorry to disappoint you all but I do not go on here every day. As I have stated in the past if you have something to discuss with myself or any of the staff please feel free to email us or call the office. Contacting the office directly is the best way to ensure we have received your concern, work order, complaint, etc.

Melanie, Thank you very much for scheduling the clubroom for the tenant meeting. I think 2 hours should be adequate. Like the others in the building I am disappointed that you don't feel it important to meet with the residents, but that is your choice.
Also, thank you for supplying everyone's email. That should make it easy for everyone to reach the staff when necessary, but obviously I won't be calling, emailing, or stopping by to contact anyone. This will have to be my means to contact you.
DFT, deep breath. The goal is to be productive and supportive. Because management has been ignoring us and our issues/complaints, we need to work together to figure out how to resolve these issues/complaints, and not do anything to fuel management to further disengage us.

ReplyDeleteI already contacted DC Fire to address the issue.
ReplyDeleteTwo days later and no word yet from Melanie?
ReplyDeleteTick Tock. TJ, perhaps you should send Melanie an email directly since she has decidedly not responded to the blog.
ReplyDeleteNo response from management....I'm SHOCKED.

We DO contact your office - NO ONE RESPONDS! We are IGNORED!
ReplyDeleteWho are the other people she has listed? It would be nice if we could actually know who the staff members are.
ReplyDeleteCome on people! Did you actually think Melanie would respond in a timely manner? That's not her style! I'm suprised that she responded at all.
ReplyDeleteMelanie, a tip, try engaging your community - your lack of engagement is what's fueling these issues!

ReplyDeleteI don't think management could possibly disengage anymore than they already have.
