It appears that a paper explaining some of what went on has appeared under our doors!

Thomas Jefferson: I created this blog to share some of my views, good and bad, with other tenants of the Jefferson at Capital Yards apartments. It may also be of use to those considering moving into the Jeff at Cap yards. I choose to remain anonymous because some of the areas of discussion may get "touchy."
